"3 weeks after placing the order I’ve still not actually received a pencil case. Apparently a replacement was going to be sent but so far all I’ve received is an email telling me that my return request has been accepted with details of how to send back the pencil case I never got. . All in all it’s been a dreadful online shopping experience."
