Not the support I expected
"After many years of supporting products, I ordered items for Christmas. When I received the items one item was shipped without the inter in the closed zip lock bag. That has been over 3+ weeks and still not resolved. I have called 3+ times waiting on hold for almost an hour and send 5+ emails. So sad."

"I had been looking at this design for awhile. Decided to treat myself after Christmas. My only criticism is that the handle could have been longer/more spacious. My old lunch bag is could slide up onto my wrist. You cannot do this with this one. Otherwise it's great"
