"I am not satisfied with the product. The pattern is deformed, and I don’t understand how it passed quality control; it even appears to be counterfeit. I have attached photos of the product. The size is a bit too large for a 14" MacBook Pro. I sent an email to customer service five days ago and haven’t received any response. I also requested a return, but nobody seems to be on the other side."
